How to Delete Your Account & Data

Option 1: Delete In-App (Recommended)

1. Sign in to your SavvyStocks account at app.savvystocks.ai or in the mobile app.
2. Open Settings from the account menu.
3. Go to the Account section and choose Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion. Your account and data are scheduled for permanent removal immediately.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access your account, email us from the address associated with your account and request deletion. We will verify your identity and confirm once the deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

• Your profile and login credentials (including passkeys and 2FA settings)
• All portfolios, holdings, transactions, and watchlists
• Alerts, notification preferences, and connected brokerage links
• AI chat history and personalized insights

Records we are legally required to retain (for example, billing records required for tax and accounting purposes) are kept only as long as the law requires and are then deleted.

Timeline

Account data is retained for 30 days after deletion is requested, during which you may contact support to cancel the request and restore your account. After the 30-day window, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
